Track your meals and daily activity for one week — no calorie counting, just real-world eating patterns with portion sizes. This gives us insight into how you currently fuel, train, and recover. We will be providing the format for the same

3. In-Depth Review & Analysis
We analyze your assessment responses, food diary, and any shared medical or activity data (Garmin, Strava, etc.) to create a complete profile of your nutritional and performance needs.

4. Personalized Adjustments
Instead of overhauling your diet, we fine-tune what you already eat — aligning it with your goals, sport, and lifestyle. You’ll get actionable tweaks to meals, hydration, and recovery habits.

5. Progress & Fine-Tuning
Over the next few weeks, we’ll track your progress, review feedback, and make iterative adjustments to ensure your nutrition supports both training and performance goals.

6. Ongoing Coaching & Support
As you settle into your optimized plan, we move into long-term performance nutrition. Expect continuous communication, plan updates, and guidance — all tailored to your evolving goals
