FAQs
- What is Fueletics and who is it for?
Fueletics offers personalized sports nutrition and performance coaching for athletes of all levels — from beginners and recreational athletes to professionals. Whether you’re training for your first event or chasing a podium finish, Fueletics helps you fuel smarter, recover faster, and perform better.
- Is there a waitlist to join Fueletics sports nutrition coaching?
Yes — Fueletics works with a limited number of athletes at a time to ensure each client receives focused, 1:1 attention. When all coaching slots are full, new athletes can join the Fueletics Waitlist to get priority access as openings become available.
Joining the waitlist is free and takes less than a minute. Once a new intake cycle opens, you’ll receive an invitation to complete your Athlete Assessment Form and start your personalized coaching journey.
- Do I need to be a professional athlete to join?
No! Fueletics works with anyone who trains regularly or wants to improve athletic performance. The approach is completely tailored to your sport, training volume, and lifestyle.
- What happens after I fill out the Athlete Assessment Form?
Once you submit the form, your details — training background, nutrition habits, and health history — are reviewed. You’ll receive feedback highlighting key areas to improve and recommendations for next steps.
- What are the different Fueletics coaching plans?
-
Foundation Plan: Assessment + baseline recommendations.
-
Performance Plan: Adds food diary review, meal & habit planning, and personalized guidance.
-
Elite Plan: Everything above plus weekly reviews, adaptive nutrition, and ongoing support.
- Will I receive a strict meal plan?
At Fueletics we focus on adjusting your current meals and habits rather than prescribing rigid diets. You’ll get practical, realistic strategies that align with your training and preferences. But, as our coaching is highly customised there can be instances where a strict meal plan is provided.
- Do I need to share medical reports or blood test results?
Yes, but it’s not mandatory. Sharing your recent medical or lab reports helps us assess your overall health and tailor supplement and micronutrient guidance more precisely. However, if you don’t have updated reports right now, that’s completely okay — we can revisit this step later when it becomes necessary for your plan.
- When will I start seeing results?
Most athletes notice better energy, recovery, and focus within 3–4 weeks. Long-term progress depends on training consistency and how closely you follow your personalized plan.
- How will I communicate with my coach?
Communication happens over email or WhatsApp check-ins. Clients get weekly/biweekly feedback and plan updates for continuous optimization through online video calls.
